News : Arabic Call Centre Launched by Turkish Airlines
Amman, Jordan, July 6, 2015 -- In an effort to enhance its customer service with Arabic speaking clientele, Turkish Airlines recently launched an Arabic Call Centre.
Arabic-speaking passengers booking or travelling Turkish Airlines can now get queries answered in their language as tele-callers receive calls from UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco.
Adem Ceylan, vice president of marketing and sales for Turkish Airlines in Middle East & Cyprus, said: "There has been an increasing demand for passengers travelling from this region to have Arabic speaking customer service agents addressing their needs over the phone. The launch of a dedicated Arabic call centre serves that need," he added.
The call centre was launched in Amman for travel agents and attended by senior Turkish Airlines officials.
