News : Aspect Collaborates with Moxie Software
Nov 26, 2013 -- Aspect Software, a provider of fully-integrated customer interaction management, workforce optimization, and back-office solutions announces it is partnering with Moxie Software, Inc., a provider of customer-centric enterprise social software. By combining its contact center solutions with Moxie’s digital customer communication and knowledgebase applications, Aspect will be able to offer chat, email and knowledge base functionality to enterprise customers striving to deliver sophisticated multi-channel experiences.
Enterprises will now have access to a rich suite of functionality that incorporates Aspect’s contact center solutions with Moxie Software’s applications. Organizations with more established multichannel business processes will be able to improve their ability to service customers who choose Internet-based channels as their preferred communication methods with advanced chat, email and knowledge capabilities.
