News : Aspect Software Adds CrossRealms as Channel Partner
Phoenix, AZ, Feb 26, 2014 -- Aspect Software, a provider of fully-integrated customer interaction management, workforce optimization, back-office and cloud solutions, announces the addition of CrossRealms, a managed solutions and systems integrator as a new North America channel partner. CrossRealms, Inc. will add Aspect's full suite of customer contact and workforce solutions. A certified tier 3 Aspect Advanced Systems Support and Installation provider, the company will offer complete system installations including network infrastructure, telephony/PBX, server and storage platforms, and virtualized environments.
With vertical expertise in the financial, legal, and healthcare markets, CrossRealms has deployed collaboration and communication technologies including, 3CX, VMWare, and Microsoft product solutions.
CrossRealms will offer the Aspect suite of customer interaction solutions including Aspect Unified IP, Advanced List Management, in addition to their tailored Pro-Active Monitoring which can provide notifications to system/network conditions prior to any potentially adverse effect. They will also offer adaptive managed services in IT Infrastructure, Security, Advanced Monitoring and Analytics.
