News : Aspect Software implements NetSuite OneWorld for Transformative Growth
San Jose, CA, USA, May 17, 2016 -- NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N), a provider of cloud-based financials / ERP and omnichannel commerce software suites, announced that Aspect Software, a provider of fully-integrated consumer engagement, workforce optimization, and self-service solutions, has implemented NetSuite OneWorld to unify its worldwide operations on a single, cloud-based platform.
Aspect implemented NetSuite OneWorld in June 2015 to replace numerous on-premise legacy systems which had been heavily modified to run the company’s global business operations. Aspect uses NetSuite for financials, billing, revenue recognition, multi-currency transactions in 61 currencies, multi-subsidiary management in 23 countries, project management, resource management, time-and-expense management, inventory management and analytics.
The company’s mission to help its customers build and sustain stronger relationships with their customers was constrained by a cluttered mix of aging on-premise legacy systems. As Aspect’s own business shifted to deliver greater value to customers through the cloud, the constraints of the legacy, on-premise ERP systems became clear.
