News : Aspect Software's Unified IP 7.3 to be Launched in the Middle East Market
Dubai, Oct 8, 2014 -- Aspect Software, a provider of customer interaction management, workforce optimization, back-office and cloud solutions, announced the launch of Aspect(R) Unified IP(R) 7.3 in the Middle East region. Unified IP 7.3 is a customer contact solution that simplifies and flexibly manages omni-channel interactions.
Codenamed Mako Shark, Unified IP (UIP) 7.3, it improves upon its predecessor by offering greater new proactive outreach compliance capabilities and tighter integration with Aspect's social media interaction solution, ultimately providing a lower total cost of ownership (TCO) than previous iterations.
