News : Astana to Launch Single Contact Number for All City Services
Astana, Kazakhstan, Oct 27, 2015 -- Akim (Mayor) of Astana Adilbek Dzhaksybekov held a meeting Oct. 19 on a number of the city’s topical issues, including the preparation of all the utilities for the winter period, as well as the ecological situation of the capital, reported the city administration’s official website.
Dzhaksybekov announced the launch of the Unified Intelligent Contact Centre in pilot mode by Nov. 15. And by Jan. 1, the centre will provide full services to residents of the city. The project is part of Smart Astana innovations. The akim emphasised that the project is necessary for the city and will also be used for the monitoring and evaluation of all city services.
The project’s main idea is that all city services will be integrated into one centre. It will work on the one call principle. City residents will be able to call the single number to handle any relevant problem that arises, ask questions and get detailed, qualified answers.
The software used by the contact centre will analyse the stage of appeals. Results and statistics will be displayed on managers’ panels.
