News : Asteros Opens Avaya Call Centre for Rosselkhozbank
Petrozavodsk, Russia, May 25, 2016 -- Russian integrator Asteros has deployed a call centre for the bank Rosselkhozbank, reports Cnews.ru.
The call centre is based on equipment from Avaya and can process calls 24/7. Customers are also able to contact the call centre by email.
The project has created 500 jobs in the city of Petrozavodsk.
The call centre is based on the Avaya Interaction Center platform, the Avaya Proactive Contact system and the Avaya Proactive Outreach Manager system.
