Sao Paulo, Brazil, March 21, 2017 -- Atento S.A. (NYSE: ATTO), a provider of customer relationship management and business process outsourcing services (CRM BPO) in Latin America, announced an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Interfile. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approval.
