News : AT&T Announces New Job Openings in South Florida
May 8, 2014 -- AT&T is calling for 225 new hires in Florida from Key West to Vero Beach.
The open positions, which are among 500 AT&T is seeking to fill statewide, include sales, customer service and consulting jobs for bilingual residents. More than half of those positions are in call centers, with 145 positions at the Miami location and the rest at the Sunrise call center.
Nearly 75 positions are available for retail sales consultants, assistant managers and managers in stores in Key West, Florida City, Coral Gables, Aventura, Hialeah, Miami, Miami Beach, North Miami, Miami Gardens, Coral Springs, Davie, Deerfield Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Plantation, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Wellington, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Stuart, Jensen Beach, Port St. Lucie and Vero Beach.
"We continue to invest in our networks and Florida job growth to ensure our customers have a great experience, whether it’s on their mobile device, in one of our stores or on the phone with an AT&T customer care representative," AT&T Florida President Joe York said in a press release. "Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and these jobs are part of our commitment to them."
