News : AT&T Call Center to Fill 60 Positions
Wichita Falls, TX, USA, July 19, 2016 -- AT&T is looking to fill 60 full-time positions over the next couple months at its Wichita Falls call center, the company announce. Monday.
According to a news release, the full-time jobs will be customer service oriented. The company said it could add more than 100 new positions by November.
Customer service representatives will take care of customers and provide them with options as needed, collect payments on overdue accounts, inform customers if their account is overdue to make sure they are aware and that their information is correct, as well as other collections and billings requirements.
Those hired into a full-time position will also be eligible to receive the company's benefits package, which includes health, dental and vision insurance; a retirement plan; tuition reimbursement; paid time off; and work/life resources.
