News : AT&T Hires for Call Center
Dec 11, 2013 -- AT&T is in the process of hiring 20 employees for leveraged service representatives in the Amarillo call center.
These are full-time positions with benefits.
The new leveraged service representatives will focus on customer sales and support. They consult with customers to recommend and sell a variety of AT&T products and services to meet customer’s needs.
They also will handle customer complaints, discrepancies, requests and inquiries over the phone or in person and make arrangements for the installations, removal and change of telephone service equipment.
"We are very pleased to see these new jobs come to Amarillo. AT&T is an important member of the Amarillo community, and these new jobs will have a positive impact on our economy," said Gary Molberg, president of the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce.

Hiring for the positions is immediate with a start date of Jan. 13.
