News : AT&T Looking to Hire Bilingual Workers for Call Center
Lubbock, TX, USA, Oct, 2017 -- AT&T has created 165 jobs this year and is looking to fill 22 more at the Lubbock call center through a job fair, according to a news release from the Lubbock Economic Development Alliance.
"AT&T is growing in many areas and we want to ensure we are providing the highest level of customer service," said Rachel Ennis, director of the AT&T Call Center in Lubbock, in the news release. "As part of that commitment, we are seeking to hire dynamic individuals who have equal passion for both customer service and new technologies."
"LEDA is thrilled with the expansion of AT&T," said John Osborne, CEO and president of Lubbock Economic Development Alliance & Market Lubbock, in a statement. "As a result of the ease of transportation and highly-skilled workforce, industries, such as advanced technology, continue to see success in the ‘Hub City.’"
