News : AT&T Will Hire 50 for Joplin Call Center
Joplin, MO Jan 9, 2015 -- AT&T has said it plans to hire around 50 employees for its Joplin call center at 4001 Richard Joseph Blvd.
The jobs are Business Customer Service Specialist positions in AT&T’s small business segment and employees answer customer/client requests or inquiries concerning service, products, billing, equipment and claims.
The jobs are full-time and offer benefits including health care and a matching 401(k) contribution. New employees will receive paid training and on-the-job support as they learn new job skills.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have six months experience operating a computer in Windows-based environment. They also must be available to work a flexible schedule,which includes all hours of call center operations. The call center operates from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
