News : Auditor Confirms Quality Label of Azercell Call Centre
Baku, Azerbaijan, Dec 25, 2015 -- Azerbaijan mobile operator Azercell Telecom has successfully completed the recertification of Customer Contact Center EN15838 quality standard.
The operator reported that Company’s work has been evaluated and approved by the international auditors for its full compliance with the terms of recertification process.
