News : Avaya Bags Award for Transforming RTA's Contact Centre
Dubai, UAE, Dec 11, 2015 -- UAE's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has awarded Avaya ‘Best Services and Resources Vendor’ for technology solutions and manpower supplied to RTA’s upgraded contact centre.
The contact centre aligns with the RTA’s vision of delivering excellence in the customer experience, and is one of the key elements of the RTA’s transformation to a ‘Smart Service’ organisation.

Saeed Al Marri, director of contract and purchasing, RTA presented the award to Mohammed Areff, vice president, MEA and Turkey, Avaya, in the presence of Abdulla AlMadani, CEO, Corporate Technical Support Services, RTA and Rudolph Khoury, account director, Strategic Accounts, Avaya.
