Santa Clara, CA, US Jan 28, 2015 -- Avaya announces the availability of enterprise-class hybrid cloud services for customer and team engagement. The engagement software-as-a-service offerings leverage the VMware vCloud(R) Air™ platform to deliver a flexible approach to implementing enterprise communications solutions that bridge private and public clouds.
Avaya Hybrid Engagement as a Service includes Avaya Engagement Solutions and the required VMware vCloud Air resources to host the solution in a usage-based model.
The Avaya Hybrid Engagement as a Service will be provided through a network of Avaya’s channel partners that have made commitments to build capabilities and can deliver these new Avaya cloud services.
