Joining the Aviva Direct Sales Team you’ll have a vital role to play.
Aviva Direct Ireland Ltd. are currently recruiting a number of Direct Sales Contact Centre Representatives for their Knocknacarra office, Galway. These roles are for a period of 6 months.
You will use sales techniques to convert the optimum number of direct and customer/intermediary enquiries into sales, thereby contributing to the achievement of annual sales targets in Car, Home, Travel and Health Insurance. You will service policy alterations from existing customers and build and maintain customer relationships. You will use opportunity of customer contact to cross sell, up sell and generate leads for other Aviva Products.

You will have sales experience or excellent customer with the ability to meet targets within agreed timescales. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work as part of a team and ideally you will have a flexible approach to work and desire to learn new skills.
Full training will be given to the successful candidates.
This role is within the scope of the Central Bank of Ireland's Minimum Competency Code.
