(CPI), an Indiana-based provider of contact center and communication solutions. Specifically, Avtex has entered into agreement to purchase CPI’s portfolio of Genesys customers.
As a long-term partner of Genesys, a global provider in cloud customer experience and contact center solutions, CPI leverages the Genesys platform and eMite portfolio to create customized contact center solutions that meet the unique needs of each and every client.
