Interactive Intelligence, a global provider of software and services for collaboration, communications and customer engagement, grants Platinum Elite Partner status each year to resellers that meet the vendor’s most stringent product certification, software sales and renewals, and customer satisfaction requirements.
As a Platinum Elite Partner, Avtex is qualified to provide sales, deployment and support of the complete line of Interactive Intelligence cloud and on-premises solutions for contact center, unified communications and business process automation.
Among a host of requirements, Platinum Elite Partners must maintain all product certifications, must rank among the top 10 percent in the Interactive Intelligence partner "health check" report (a support rating system), and must average 80 percent or higher in customer satisfaction surveys.
