News : Awards Win Propels Contact Centre Recruiter Onto World Stage
Feb 20, 2014 -- Australian contact centre recruitment specialist FuturePeople has won a place in the final of the world’s most prestigious contact centre awards, which could see its achievements recognised on the global stage.
FuturePeople, which is already Australia’s most awarded contact centre recruitment specialist, made the final for two of its entries in the World’s Best Recruitment Campaign category of the 2014 Top Ranking Performer Awards. The awards are organised by Contact Center World, the global association for contact center best practices and networking

The Contact Center World Awards showcase contact centre recruitment expertise and innovation around the globe and this year FuturePeople competed for the first time in a program that attracted entries from 40 nations.
FuturePeople CEO Linda Simonsen said it was their emphasis on the ‘science’ behind getting ‘fit’ right when placing people in contact centre roles that made the judges sit up and take notice.
"Our deep knowledge of contact centre recruitment and thought leadership over the last ten years has led to the development of our unique, eight step FutureFit™ methodology," she said.
"FutureFit enables us to match fitness of candidates to the unique characteristics of a contact centre environment, as well as the specific culture of our clients through the use of the latest competency and psychological assessment tools. We also use emotional intelligence testing and training to develop engaged contact centre employees who can deepen relationships with customers – a key priority for organisations today."
"This win is an opportunity to showcase world leading practices in contact centre recruitment that emerge from Australia, on the global stage," Simonsen added.
If FuturePeople wins the Asia Pacific title it will go on to compete in the World Contact Centre Awards finals in Las Vegas in November www.ContactCenterWorld.com/conferences
