Seattle, WA, USA, Dec, 2020 -- Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS), an company (NASDAQ: AMZN), announced five new capabilities for AWS’s contact center service, Amazon Connect, that improve contact center agent productivity and end-user customer experiences.
