News : Axtel Obtains MGCIC Certification for Contact Centre
Monterrey, Mexico, Nov 26, 2015 -- Mexican operator Axtel has obtained the Global Quality Certification Model for Customer Interaction (MGCIC), issued by the Mexican Institute of Teleservices (IMT) for one of the campaigns it offers through its contact centres to the government.
This accreditation is in addition to the ISO 9001-2008 certificate obtained this year for the same campaign. Axtel said that it was certified with the highest score, equivalent to world class level.
