News : Ayst Upgrades its Call Centre
Samara, Russia, Oct 26, 2015 -- Russian regional ISP Ayst, working in the Samara region, has upgraded its call centre, installing new software.
The software will enable call centre staff members to see all customer service information, as well as customer call history for subscribers calling from registered telephone numbers.
Customers will be able to book a call from the call centre.
