News : Azerbaijan Will Establish an Independent Insurance Call Center
Baku, Azerbaijan, July 23, 2015 -- The Azerbaijan Insurers Association (ASA) has decided on priority direction of its activities till the end of 2015.
According to Orkhan Bayramov, ASA chief, starting from September ASA will actively promote importance of insurance with support of insurance companies and the State Insurance Supervision Service.

"Within the campaign we plan to establish an independent call center, which will provide general information on insurance, on compulsory and voluntary kinds of insurance. We plan to start negotiations with the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations on assistance in training the staff for the work in the call center," Bayramov said.
According to him, it’s planned that the call center will be financed at the expense of insurance companies and amount of payments will depend on a company’s share in the market.
