News : Azzurri Launches New Cloud Contact Centre Service
June 18, 2014 -- UK managed communication services provider Azzurri Communications has launched the new ICON Contact service.
This is a fully managed and configurable contact centre suite hosted in the cloud. ICON Contact delivers all of the functionality of an enterprise contact centre in a hosted environment, including integrated multi-channel support (including email, web chat, SMS and social media), workforce optimisation and integration with an organisation's existing communications infrastructure.
