News : Azzurri Launches UC Service Manager Platform
Sept 29, 2014 -- UK cloud and managed communications services provider Azzurri Communications has launched Azzurri Communications Service Manager (Azzurri CSM), a cloud-based service to enable organisations to optimise the commercial, operational and technical performance of their Unified Communications (UC) systems. The service was developed in collaboration with New Zealand-based UC service management provider Virsae.
Azzurri CSM offers insight into Avaya telephony, UC and contact centre platforms. It will be extended to include Mitel and Microsoft Lync in the coming months. The service can be taken as a cloud-based tool or as part of an Azzurri managed service.
IT helps businesses determine whether circuits are over or underutilised, whether system resources are coping with capacity demands and whether their communications are delivering the correct service levels and quality to its users.
