News : Badgeville Expands Gamification to Customer Success
Redwood City, Calif., Dec. 17, 2015 -- Badgeville, a provider in business gamification, announced the launch of new Application Connectors targeted at Customer Success applications. These new products enable enterprise customers to streamline their gamification deployment, expand the activities rewarded, and achieve greater visibility into user behavior and performance.
"Deeper integration into the core enterprise application experience is a cornerstone of our strategy," said Steve Sims, Chief Design Officer at Badgeville. Badgeville released updated connectors for Jive 6 and 7.x, WordPress, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce One. "These new connectors streamline the process of deploying Badgeville’s solution and provide customer more options and greater flexibility in achieving gamification objectives," said Sims.
