News : Bakcell Claims Growing Customer Satisfaction
Baku, Azerbaijan, Jan 8, 2016 -- Azerbaijan mobile operator Bakcell announed that the number of complaints to its call centre from subscribers related to the quality of its network dropped by 61 percent year-on-year in 2015. The number of complaints regarding internet services quality declined by 72 percent.
The operator has increased its number of 3G base stations by 100 percent in 24 months, the capacity of the network has grown by 72 percent, and coverage has increased by 27 percent.
