News : Bakcell Opens new Customer Service Center in Nakhchivan
Baku, Azerbaijan, Dec. 19, 2014 -- Bakcell, a Mobile Internet Provider in Azerbaijan, continues to expand its network of sales and service centers in the country’s regions, in order to bring its services and products even closer to Customers. Thus, a new Customer Service Center and dealer store of Bakcell were opened yesterday at the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
The opening ceremony was also attended by Ali Mikayilov, the deputy minister of Communications and New Technologies of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. Expressing his congratulations to "Bakcell", Mr. Mikayilov has noted that he is very pleased to see the company’s activities being expanded in Nakhchivan.
"We have a regional development strategy to make our services and products more accessible for our subscribers living in different regions of Azerbaijan. Nakhchivan holds a special place amongst these regions. In particular, we’ve worked hard during the last six months, in order to expand our operations here. The results of the efforts are already visible: today we are opening a new service center and a dealer shop in Nakhchivan. Moreover, a mobile sales vehicle is starting to operate for the first time on the territory of the Autonomous Republic. We are witnessing how fast this region is developing, and Bakcell is very pleased to be a part of this development. I would like to thank all concerned organizations in Nakhchivan for showing us their special and valuable attention", said Mr. Fedja Hadzic, Chief Sales Officer of Bakcell.
During the opening ceremony, the guests were also introduced to Bakcell’s mobile sales and service point. The center is set up on the special vehicle and will provide services for the Bakcell subscribers on the whole territory of the Autonomous Republic.
