Yerevan, Dec 9, 2013 -- ProCredit Bank has opened its new Call Centre, thus ensuring improved communication and quality of customer service. By dialling clients can access their account information as well as obtain advice about any service offered by ProCredit Bank , including business financing solutions, savings, Internet banking, Visa International payment card transactions, money transfers, etc.
The Call Centre is equipped with the latest technology, allowing for fast and efficient service and the recording of calls for monitoring and quality assurance purposes.
