News : Bank Sohar Signs Agreement with Infoline to Upgrade Call Centre
Muscat, Oman, April 5, 2016 -- Bank Sohar has recently commissioned Infoline to augment its existing call centre in Oman and introduce upgrades that will offer an enhanced customer experience when getting in touch with the call centre.
An event to commemorate the partnership was held at Bank Sohar recently. Representing Bank Sohar at the event were Mujahid al Zadjali, DGM IT and Alternate Channel, Mustafa Mohammed Dhafarullah, chief manager Alternate Channels, and Fida Mohammed al Balushi, chief manager of the call centre. Representing Infoline were Gaurav Sohal, senior manager, business development, Suresh Babu, IT manager, Nouman Rahim, senior support engineer and Vatsala Mishra, marketing manager.
Zadjali said, "The Bank Sohar call centre has always been our primary touch point for customers providing them with support and assistance as well as providing a response centre for any enquiries. We pride ourselves on having a dedicated team that have undergone extensive training to deliver the very best service when it comes to assisting with any customer enquiry.
This all comes as part of Bank Sohar’s vision to continuously improve on its customer experience strategy throughout all aspects of its operations. The new initiative will provide yet one more tool for the dedicated team to enhance their capabilities and provide further convenience to anyone getting in touch with the bank’s call centre."
