News : Barclays to Create 300 Jobs at their Liverpool Contact Centre
Liverpool, UK, Jan 20, 2016 -- Barclays is creating 300 new jobs following an investment in its Liverpool contact centre.
Some of the new posts are part of the bank’s roll-out of its video banking service, which allows customers to speak face-to-face with advisers via their computers, smartphones and tablets, 24 hours a day.
Ashok Vaswani, chief executive of Personal and Corporate Banking at Barclays, said: "Colleagues at our Liverpool contact centre play a very important role in helping our customers to bank with us in ways that are most convenient for them.
