News : Bartlesville’s Community Spirit is Recognized and Rewarded
Bartlesville, OK, USA, June 27, 2016 -- Sitel is proud to announce that the Bartlesville, OK, site has been honored with a Bronze medal by Contact Center World in the "Best in Community Spirit" category during this year’s North & South American Best Practices Regional Conference. Contact Center World is a well-respected global association for contact center and customer engagement best practices. The "Best in Community Spirit" awards are given to the Contact Centers that demonstrate dedicated and on-going support for their local communities.
This year, Sitel was well-represented by Stephanie Lief, Human Resource Business Partner. After submitting a detailed online entry questionnaire outlining Bartlesville’s successful community spirit program, her entry, among thousands of others across North and South America, were judged and scored by professionals from around the world. Bartlesville’s entry was on the finalist list and Stephanie was invited to formally present at the Regional Best Practices Conference in front of an audience of her peers.

Stephanie proudly presented "Creating an Effective Community Involvement Program," outlining Bartlesville’s commendable community activities and why their program has been so successful. She also delivered a best practices brochure as a take-away for her peers at the event. Stephanie accepted the Bronze award on behalf of the Bartlesville site, presented during a gala banquet at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, Florida earlier this month.
