News : Bashtel Upgrades Call Centre with Cisco
Sept 23, 2014 -- Russian regional operator Bashinformsvyaz, working under the Bashtel brand in Bashkortostan republic, has upgraded its call centre.
The project was carried out by the company CTI, which upgraded the servers of the call centre to the UCCE 9.0 virtual platform. The smart call routing sub-system was also upgraded, as well as Cisco IP IVR, CTI Outbound and CTI Agent Desktop systems.
The Cisco Unified Intelligent Center 9.0 system was installed at the call centre.
