Boston, MA, USA, Feb 23, 2016 -- Kyruus, Inc., a provider of patient access and referral management solutions, announced that Beaumont Health has selected the ProviderMatch suite of products to optimize patient access and patient experience across its physician network. Kyruus’ provider data management and smart scheduling technologies will power the online physician finder and referral services call center across the dollar health system, recently formed through a merger between Beaumont Health System, Botsford Hospital, and Oakwood Healthcare.
"A critical step for Beaumont after the merger was to gain a firm understanding of the entire network of physicians that we now have in place: who they are, what they do, and how to best leverage their unique areas of expertise," said Deb Morse, Contact Center Director at Beaumont Health. "The next step was to provide our patients with intuitive and reliable tools to find the right provider for them, whether online or through our referral services center. Kyruus is able to serve both of these needs for our patients."
