News : Bella Center Group Launches New Call Centre
Oct 7, 2014 -- The Bella Center Group, which includes the Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers and Bella Sky Comwell, has launched a new call centre in the Danish capital.
The new call centre, based at Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers, will service all types of internal and external calls from guests and customers, including hotel bookings, room services orders, housekeeping enquiries, restaurant reservations and more.
"Most people have tried calling a hotel outside of normal office hours to make a reservation or order room service, only to discover that nobody answers on the other end," says CEO Allan L. Agerholm. "We have consolidated and strengthened our service function with a call centre to ensure that all internal and external calls are answered quickly and effectively."
The new call centre will open on 1 January 2015.
