News : Beltel Integrates Altitude uCI Contact Center and Microsoft CRM Solutions
Moscow, Russia, Oct 14, 2014 -- Altitude Software, a provider in unified customer interaction solutions, and Beltel, a systems integrator in Russia, announced the integration of the contact center and CRM system of IC Transneft, the insurance company of the Oil Transporting Joint-Stock Company Transneft.
Transneft is a Russian state-owned transport monopoly and provides social services and manages insurance coverage to the families of employees.
The Altitude uCI powered IC Transneft contact center handles all voice interactions, including sales campaigns and information requests, as well as receiving and processing complaints and other requests. The Altitude uCI solution was customized to serve the specific business needs and requirements of Transneft.
In 2014, IC Transneft implemented a comprehensive customer relationship management system, based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, to serve new customer loyalty programs. The next step, now completed, was the integration of the contact center with the CRM system.
