News : Beltelecom Introduces Billing IVR System
Belarus, Europe Jan 13, 2015 -- Belarusian national operator Beltelecom has introduced an information service on bills and payments based on a IVR system. The service is accessible 24x7 for retail subscribers in the city of Minsk.
Information on bills from the operator can be obtained by calling the call-centre of the operator from the relevant household telephone number. Calls are billed at the subscriber's normal rate.
