News : Beneteau Launches New Customer Care Program
Annapolis, MD, Jan 14, 2015 -- Beneteau announces the launch of its new Plain Talk Promise customer care program; the program extends the stem-to-stern Beneteau Limited Warranty, and the hull and structure warranty of every new Beneteau.
As part of the Plain Talk Promise program, authorized Beneteau dealers will perform a yearly inspection of every new vessel in compliance with the maintenance program facilitated by VesselVanguard – which provides service-related notifications based on a detailed master equipment list, and sends tasks to both the customer and the servicing dealer in advance of need.
