DALLAS, TX, Nov 22, 2013 -- BeQuick Software, Inc., which delivers prepaid customer lifecycle and billing solutions to consumer-focused communications service providers, announces a partnership with Olark, a live chat application provider. Through integration with BeQuick's Fusion wireless billing software platform, MVNO and wireless carriers now have real-time communication options to support their own channel agents and CSRs with superior customer service.
The ability to live chat with customers and potential customers for sales and support, instead of navigating through an IVR system, is becoming a favorite communication channel for both customers and contact centers. For example, if an agent has a question during a subscriber sign up or other activities, a live chat session can provide access to quick answers to keep transactions running smoothly and efficiently.
For today's contact centers, online chat service options not only provide added convenience, but often result in decreased call volumes, as well as reducing costs associated with transactions.
