News : Bethlehem Call Center Hiring 160 Workers
Bethlehem, PA, Sept 29, 2014 -- IQor, a global phone center and business process outsourcing company with an office on former Bethlehem Steel land, plans to hire 160 customer service agents before the end of the year to support a new heath care industry client.
The jobs are in the company's customer contact solutions division.
"Our need to hire 160 new employees in the next few months is a testament to the quality of candidates we have found in the region and the high level of service we provide out of our Bethlehem call center," said Tanvir Suri, a senior vice president with the company.
Jobs in call centers in the Lehigh Valley have seen ups and downs over the years as companies shift customer service operations.
