News : BH Telecom Delivers IT System for Transplants
Sept 10, 2014 -- Bosnian operator BH Telecom has introduced an information system developed for the application of transplant medicine, resulting from a cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Health.
The protocol stipulates that BH Telecom will provide the pre-requisites for the provision of ICT services to support the program for donation of human organs.
The IT system enables the following activities: an application in the BH Telecom Cloud, the connection of 17 locations, communications services for every individual user, contact center for operators, video calls and direct participation of a medical team from a remote location in an operation that is in progress, recording of operations, calls and monitoring of the transport of the donor, as well as terminal equipment (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, VPN Client).
