News : Bills Sign Amherst Company for Telecom Services
May 20, 2014 -- The Buffalo Bills have signed a marketing pact with PremCom to provide telecom services in and around Ralph Wilson Stadium.
When fully installed at the stadium, administration building and ticket office, the ShoreTel system will support 500 phones with 20 users on mobility.
"Ease of use of the ShoreTel system was a huge factor in our decision," "With the current renovation we need a system that reflects the overall improvements being made which directly relate to improved communications with our fans. With the guidance of PremCom, ShoreTel was the clear choice. The system’s ability to grow with us as we expand was also an important consideration," said Dan Evans, Bills’ vice president of information technology.
Official’s said the team’s use of ShoreTel Enterprise Contact Center will improve productivity and efficiency in the ticket office, significantly improving the overall fan experience.
