News : Birch Enhances Service Delivery Capabilities
Atlanta, GA, USA, March 23, 2015 -- Birch Communications, Inc., ("Birch") a provider of communications, network and cloud services to small, mid-sized, enterprise and wholesale businesses nationwide, announces that it has invested in additional management and order processing staff and new system enhancements for its Service Delivery operations to continue its focus on the customer experience from order entry to completion.
The company announced Kristen Ritchie as its new Vice President of Order Processing to lead this key area to support rapid customer growth. "Kristen's expertise and results-oriented approach to tackling complex business issues will bolster our ability to continue to process orders with quality and speed, as well as enhance our post-sale delivery of products and services to best serve our customers. Her prior success leading call center operations, including all care related touch points with Birch's customers, will also be a great asset," said Vincent M. Oddo, President and CEO of Birch.
Service Delivery is an important part of producing excellent customer service for Birch customers, and as part of its focus in this area; Birch recently released an exciting system update – the optimization of its online customer portal, BirchConnect. Recent enhancements include a more intuitive user interface and functionality that enables customers to better manage their voice, data, cloud and IT services in real-time.
Birch has also hired Chris Bussell to serve as its new Director of Order Processing and Training. Bussell said, "I'm excited to lead this talented team.
