A statement from Black Hills Corporation on Tuesday said the company needs to identify cost-saving measures to manage costs for its utility consumers, but that no decision has been made on any closure.
"As the company works to integrate this acquisition into its operations, the combined business will only require two call centers and the company is in the process of determining the best way to make this change, which includes assessing all call center operations," the statement said.
