News : BlackBerry and Salesforce Integrate EMM, CRM Platforms
Nov 14, 2014 -- BlackBerry and Salesforce have announced a partnership that will see the mobile vendor’s enterprise mobility management (EMM) platform integrated with Salesforce’s CRM solution.
BlackBerry recently launched the newest version of its BES offering, BES 12, which it’s pitching as a cross-platform, end-to-end mobility management solution for highly regulated sectors, and the partnership with Salesforce will see joint customers gain access to the CRM platform through BlackBerry’s network security cloud offering.
"This agreement will allow Salesforce and BlackBerry joint customers to run their businesses from their phone while complying with specific industry regulations," said Vivek Kundra, executive vice president, Salesforce.
