News : BluIP Announces April Weatherly as New Director of Operations

Las Vegas, Nevada, May 07, 2020 -- BluIP, Inc., a provider of cloud communications and mobile solutions, announced the appointment of April Weatherly as director, solutions and integrations of its operations division. Weatherly brings over 15 years of diverse hospitality management and contact center management experience along with in-depth system experience to the company.

Most recently, Weatherly was the senior director of telephony optimization and data analytics for RLH Corporation, supporting telephony, artificial intelligence development, call flow interface setup, offshoring development and efforts, contact center management and data analytics and management. Weatherly supported multiple areas and departments within the organization ranging from distribution and central reservation systems, information technology, data services, revenue management and hotel onboarding.

"April's past experience and proven success make her a perfect fit for the director role," said Armen Martirosyan, CEO of BluIP. "Having been in the industry, she is well-versed with her role as well as the responsibilities that come with it and will surely be committed to ensuring BluIP’s continued drive for operational excellence."

Prior to RLH Corp., Weatherly was the senior director of operations for Customer Direct, a Saint Louis, Missouri-based contact center, for over 11 years, directly following several years at Convergys, Corp. During her tenure at Customer Direct, she oversaw operational efforts related to WFM, employment, call center strategies and efficiencies and systemic process development.
