News : BMW Malaysia Finds CRM Joy with Next Digital KL
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Apr 8, 2015 -- BMW Malaysia has appointed Next Digital KL as its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) agency for the year 2015 and 2016.
Next Digital will be responsible in supporting BMW Malaysia’s CRM needs including BMW’s White Card Programme which offers exclusive privileges specifically tailored for BMW owners in the country.
"Next Digital clearly demonstrated their understanding of our needs and goals for our CRM campaigns as well as the direction we are looking to proceed in the future." said David Owen, BMW Malaysia’s Head of Marketing.
