Bombay Duck, a UK-based retailer and lifestyle brand, has installed a new communications system to improve the way staff work alongside each other and their customers. The company chose VIA, the business telephony and communications provider, to replace its traditional phone system with a cloud-based solution that makes it easier to connect with people and share information regardless of location.
The VIA Voice solution operates over the Internet and replaces the need to have a conventional phone network. It allows employees to talk, instant message, email and video chat across a variety of devices, such as landlines, smartphones, PCs, and tablets.
