News : Bouygues Upgrades CRM Platform with Salesforce
Paris, France, Nov 5, 2015 -- French operator Bouygues Telecom has developed in partnership with Salesforce a new customer relationship management platform called Acceuil 360.
The fully-integrated multi-channel system offers simple, seamless access from the customer space to stores, call centres and online customer care.
